| Our one-of-a-kind parties are entertaining for children and hassle free for you! Our parties are run by child development specialists such as an occupational therapist or a speech pathologist. Our parties are 1 hour and 45 minutes long. We supply the entertainment and food. We do the clean up! We supply the custom printed invitations! All parties are private! The Entertainment... A structured play class We will play, move and mingle to fun music. We will have fun with toys such as hula hoops, bubbles, jumbo dinosaurs, instruments. and/or A craft activity We will create an art project. Each child will be able to take their craft home with them. You select: You can select a 45 minute structured play session and a craft activity or You can select a 60 minute structured play session and no craft activity The Food... 45 minutes for food and cake 1 slice of pizza per child (The pizza is from Forte'!) or 1 bagel per child (with butter or cream cheese) 1 juice box per child White paper good provided The Pricing... Our parties are: $325.00 for up to 15 children (Monday-Friday) $360 for up to 15 children (Saturday and Sunday) The Policies... A $100 non refundable deposit is required to reserve your party. You may change the original date and time pending availability. There is no penalty for rescheduling. However, if you cancel your rescheduled party you will be charged a $100 fee. In the event that you cancel your party or that it is cancelled due to inclement weather you will be responsible for the cost of specially ordered items such as an add on cake or favors. You will be able to pick them up at a later date. Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your scheduled party. Final count is due 4 days before your party. For safety reasons, CHILDREN AND ADULTS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE THERAPY GYM. Please share this information with your guests. Add Ons...
